Dell complaints

Has anyone heard the recording of a Panamanian Sales rep ripping into a customer? They say an auditor passed it around. Apparently, Dell IT did a search of everyones box today looking for it. I guess Dell is afraid the press will get it.

I heard it, very funny, he wanted to up sell a floppy drive, Sales told him how he needed the floppy to fix his system whenever it broke. Dell send you a magical floppy that will fix any problem on the system or restore your OS....total sales crap.
customer said no thanks. Wanted to upsell speakers , customer politely said no. He just wanted to buy what was advertised in the flyer.
Sales guy called him cheap and a little girly....little girly went on for a few minutes trying to get the customer to hang up so it didn't record him releasing the call. Customer asked for a manager but was refused.

I did posted into a Geocities Free Website.... It looks like somebody at Dell find it there and then i think they request Yahoo Geocities to remove the Index page for the File Link. Anyways, if you still want a copy, just let me your email at this post and i will send you the full release......
I still have a copy on my "TOSHIBA" Laptop............ i don´t think they could demand me for that, anyways, i heard from somebody from the floor that somebody from Panama Sales are going to call me to request me to remove it form the web, but they use their own resources to do so..
