I just listened to it, unbelievable!

Absolutely pathetic upsell attempts from a 3 year onsite to a 4 year onsite, and pathetic upsell attempt for the floppy drive.

I assume the guy got fired because this was a recorded call and he called him a pussy girl?

This call was a complete laydown, the guy called to buy the computer, first words out of his mouth!

Do you guys get in trouble if you do not upsell? The least the rep could do is just enter the order and not fuck up the order. Unbelievable.

That guy could have been upsold easily if you go about it differently.

You know, for almost till the half of the call u never could guess wat was coming. O my God!!...the way he said 'nyah, nyah, nyah' was the most funniest.
This one has the potential to be famous...the guyz here almost died of laughter.. Smile

LoL... Definitely, the guy got fired. as many of you know i´m no longer working at Dell, but somebody told me that he got fired right away, it´s incredible how long information could be spread....

I´m glad that you have enjoy it as i did..

That´s a good option, i will do it right away... i Put it on one Yahoo Geocities Web page, but, MD sent them to remove it from there....
