i heard that one of the things of why panama has a dell call center is because they want panama to be the spot where the computers for the LA market are going to be built
has anyone heard of that??

Probably Yes. In Fact a good way to find that itīs by taking a look on the Public Register (Registro Publico). If they are working on that you will find that info right away there.
