sups are being let go, 5 at eg1 in the last month i know.
moral sucks every1s on edge.
if u're asked to go to ecfc peeps bein told they'd be wise to go.
peeps left behind are those on pips, bad performance, trouble makers, etc. some good people will be there, but not alot.
if u're at eg1 or ecfc, you might not end up in your job grade, an will lose your grade. peeps touring ecfc were told if they lost their grade, they'd lose pay to.
they also being told they might have to go to a different shift. eg1 meetings with the specialists sayin theirs 2 many of 'em.
they finally told them only 3 A5 positions at ecfc. 4 more A5 openings at an offsite place ty where they gonna do mb prep into chassis. they got told some may lose their grade an pay. 7 total openins across all shifts for however many extras their r.
same thing happenin at ao1 in tech. 3 techs lost to refund rate alone 1 week.
4 sups were let go at ecfc last week.
6 people gone in last 2 wks from all 3 shifts at tmc. 1st shift, 5 outbound forklift drivers got told that they were bad performers & got 2 weeks to improve or be let go also tmc management meetins with all specialists last week, when the schedule changes in march their gonna be 22 extra specialists that management's got to find jobs for. there will be a major shake up of all the specialists. peeps that will be picked will be based on seniority, performance, skills and any1 that does not make the cut will be gettin a job an pay grade cut.. theirs lots of uncertainty going around tmc, specially aws. a lot of peeps puttin in their notice or just quitin.
