| Anyone who has not signed up for the back wage lawsuit should do so promptly. You may not recover the unpaid wages unless you have signed up via sshwlaw.com Links are available on the website to sign up. All are eligible from Roseburg, Nashville, Round Rock, McGregor and OKC. Idaho and other sites are also involved. You will not automatically be signed up. If you believe Dell will just send you the retroactive pay, you are wrong. It has nothing to do with signing a severance agreement. Again, if you want funds distributed to you from unpaid back wages at Dell relating to unpaid commisions, hours, breaks or contests you must sign up for these wages.
