Hey what you say is absolutly true man . I joined dell thinking that i would have a great carrier there . But nothing. They suck your blood out of your ass man . Regardless of male or female .. Let me tell you something we joined as a batch of 40 and till last month there was 5 left and now 1 left after i quit. Man !! it really a hell. they dont pay properly and make u work.
As I said that for Guys they suck the blood from their ass's and if a female joins dell she will rather have her menstrual cycle every third day on a duration of 24 hrs pain in her hole.
Boys never join dell. |

I worked for dell only about two mounths. I am in the army and i asked them if any of my drills or millitay excused missed days would be a problem and they said no. I missed about 5 days in my two mounths cause of the army... i even signed up for all the over time i could. then one day i was working and my sargent called me and told me i have a ship date to finish my training(AIT). witch at the time was about 3 weeks away. i told them about it and told them i still need the money to get ready bofore i go so could work 2 more weekends, and the basterds told me they dont need me any more!!!!! Now i have no money and no job. And whos going to hire someone who about to leave in 2 weeks???

Sad to say, but it isn't always good to be honest with management.
With the situation what it is with our military, it's appauling their lack of understanding.

Although there are regs that state a company can't fire/dismiss you because of military duty, the temp situation is a big loophole. Guessing you are an employee of Spherion and was contracted to work for Dell, the fact that Dell let you go doesn't mean you lost your job because you still work for Spherion, so Dell gets off scott free of big federal charges. BTW, I was a 91B, now called 91W. |

That's a "HELL" of a story -- even the call center that's been outsourced to India is seen as a cost center. And it falls under Randy Mott, CIO, who last worked at Wal-Mart; can it get any worse?
Sadly, yes. But at least I won't be there to see it in person. |
