Dell hires people and collects their money from the State of Tn per hire.. then they let those people go and then hire more new people and collect their money. One would think that Nashville would get tired of all this?

Client/SMB Technical Support Specialist-09000AW9
Description
· Solves moderately complex customer issues in ProSupport for Solutions queue
· Provides first level support in the inbound contact center
· Assumes complete ownership of customer issues until resolved involving multiple inbound and outbound communications. He/She will own the issue and engage/collaborate with multiple resources and/or third party vendors/partners
· Routes customers when appropriate to proper support queues or third party vendors
· Solves problems consistently and completely with minimum supervision
· Solves problems (lies to) customers with challenging expectations (often escalated or irate)
· Excels at tolerance for processes and people
· Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer satisfaction
· Significant knowledge of Dell products, customer service, policies and procedures
Qualifications
· Strong customer focus
· Ability to deal with ambiguity (can you lie for Dell and be lied to?)
· Intellectual horsepower
· Adapts easily to change
· Ability to learn on the fly
· Be able to communicate effectively through verbal and written means
· Strong telephone etiquette skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Experience:
· 2-3 years of related, industry or segment experience
· 2-4 years experience in customer service or related fields
· A+, MCP, C.NA, DCSE certification preferred
· High school diploma or equivalent

Gotta love right-to-work states (mostly in the south). Give the big businesses everything they want, work the system, and screw all the workers.

Would not suprise me that Dhell is abusing the Money system to get more free income! They are experts at ripping off the public and customers!

Yes, these are the same exact job reqs for the Twin Falls guys.

They let a total of THREE people go to Nashville and like 8 go to OKC. Mindy (TF and now OKC Area Manager) purged the entire damned place of anyone who didn't kiss enough ass.

Those are Americas Client Services jobs. Those are the same jobs they took out of ottawa a year and a half ago. Wherever they put them is temporary, until they decide they can do it cheaper in philipines or india.
