Fortunatly I got a Dell tech that got the DVD Burner to play movies. But as for burning DVD's he tried to pass the buck. Now if I could find a Divx forum.

Talked with several different techs due to always being cut off and the problem still exists. One tech thought he had the problem fixed but when I rebooted the problem came back. Looks like i'm going to have to use DOC (shudder).

Now Dell is saying I don't have a DVD Burner. The device manager says it's a RW/DVD GCC- 4481B but the hardware tech says' it's not a DVD Burner. I'm so confused over this.
