I bought 1 mohterboard on March 30, when I got my statement this month they show not 1 but 3 charges for motherboard that i never got. When I call them there are very unwilling to assist me or to credit me for that.
Either demand a higher up like a Supervisor or Manager. If that fails, let them know that you'll be speaking with the local Attorney General about their practices of charging for products never received and failure to return fees.
It's about time that the John Q Publics of the world stand up to Dell and let them know that their bullshit won't be tolerated any longer.
