|
|
I've been with Banctec for 7 years and I can't pass this stupid test to save my life.
The highest score I've got is 67% out of 100% which is failing!
Anyone else having this problem? |

This is one of the reason why Dell customer complains about onsite techs all the time. |

You're not doing it right. The correct answer when working for dell is "SCREW THE CUSTOMER"
Choose that answer and you'll pass every time

| That reminds me of every test I ever took within Dell. I was always told, "Don't look for the right answer - look for the Dell answer". I swear, I'm not making this up. |

That's no different than taking a certification test for a Microsoft product. There's always a right answer, but if a different answer makes the Microsoft product look like it walks on water, then THAT is the answer to pick. |

| Seems a bit odd. I took the practice test twice and failed it twice with the same score...67%. Every other time I have taken tests I passed on the first go around. I think their system is rigged to make us fail! So don't give me any more calls then. Gas costs too damn much anyway. And be sure they tell the replacement...oh by the way you drive your own car and buy your own gas. |

You have to watch the movie. I think it was on DCSE site but I can't be sure.
I'll look in to it. The movie answers everything. _________________ System of a Down=this generations Beatles.

| I passed it no problem as well also. The video is on the DCSE site. Did you try to take the practice exams before taking the real one?? |

| You still have not passed the test? And they are still giving you calls? The video they talk about is absolutely worthless! I failed the practice exam for Cust Experience twice. I knew something was not right. So I thought what the hell so I tried the actual test and passed it first time. As for the hardware certs they are pretty easy any more. The best way to do those is to have 2 computers ie: a laptop and desktop. Take the test on one and spin the CD on the other. Then open the disassembly window on each model and click on the part you need to remove. Some of the questions are a little dumb but you should pass it doing it this way. |

The video is located under IFR materials on the DCSE website. Would have responded last night, but locked myself out lol
