| I posted a topic on the Dell site related to their crappy support of peripherals. The message got posted and generated at least once reply, but since has been taken down and my login has been disabled. I used no profanity. Interesting. |

| If you're an active employee who used his name as a logon, this may explain why. |

It was deleted because that's bad for Dell. We won't delete it, so go ahead and share it with us. _________________ I see DELL people!!

If the peripheral in question is a non Dell manufactured product, then Dell will not support it, you need to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the support you need. This is typically thought of as the Walmart effect, where you buy a product in one place, but get support somewhere else, except, walmart gives you 90 days to return a defective electronics product where Dell gives you 21. Good luck with your periph and if you need more help post the issue. _________________ Have you seen my dell laptop?
