Hey all, it's been a while since I've posted. Not sure if anyone has heard the news, but Dell has pulled out of all of its outsourcers in the US/Canada. Our AL branch is closing its ACS tech support branch... around 90 or so people are either being transferred to a different account or standing in the unemployment line. I switched accounts the ending of last year.. had to say good bye to Dell. As far as what I have heard, Dell is pulling out of the AL, TX, MS, and Edmonton-Ont Sitel.
