Dell complaints

I will NEVER order from Dell again. I am angry, frustrated, disappointed, furious, ETC!!! I ordered a laptop for my daughter for Christmas, with the assurance and DELL GUARANTEE that it would arrive in time for Christmas. Email said it was shipped Dec 18. It is now Jan 1 and no Dell. When I contacted customer service today via live chat, they assured me it was shipped the 18th and DHL was the carrier. Mr. Gurpreet X Kaur apologized every single sentence, but it took me 20 min to make him understand that I wanted to cancel my order. How frustrating and disappointing it has been for me and for my daughter. I wanted to surprise her; I had really saved for this all year. I WILL NEVER EVER buy from Dell again--and this is after 3 other desktops and 3 printers, as well as all their supplies and accessories. I am probably small potatoes to Dell, but I will spread the word to EVERYONE I know. And, as you may have heard, a blizzard has to start with just one snowflake.

Tell others about this site! Get them to post and tell of their mistreatment and how Dell has messed with them. Keep this fresh in your mind.
Dell does not care! They don't deserve business from anyone period.
Not to put more on you or anyone else but if folks remain silent, then Dell continues to hurt people.
Write one good letter then mail and e-mail it to consumer protection, the SEC, BBB, FTC, The State of NY who has a class action going and anyone else.
If you have a local TV consumer troubleshooter. Anywhere that you can get an agencies attention!
Read the posts on this forum and find out how Dell has treated employees, vendors and other customers.
I can tell you what you see on this site is just the tip of the iceberg!
