Ok, well, first 3 months i have it, the stupid earphones slot decides to almost completely stop working and now it only plays in one headphone, this has happened to 3 people i know, and i cant get a full refund. Only store credit for 200 dollars, why the hell would i want to buy something else from dell if they obviously have a lot of defections but they wont allow full returns. If this has happened to your mp3 too, post something

I think the phasing out of the MP3 line may have something to do with no full refund.
