It has been MORE than 1 year since I had my malfuntioned DELL JUKEBOX returned to DELL & my account has STILL NOT been credited!!!!!
Even though I have made more than 3 seperate phone calls & each call consisted of being transferred no less than 4 TIMES + a hold time of minimum of 15-20 min for each transfer!!!
This company !!*#???...I HATE DELL & will never ever purchase another product from them!!!!!
No one can take responsibility to actually complete & process the refund, I get transferred over & over again only to repeatedly be told, I cannot help you! Once I was told it was complete & it never showed on my account!
May the CEO BURN In HELL!!!
I repeatedly tell anyoneI know NEVER to purchase a DELL. |

Its been one year and you have only made 3 calls? Doesnt sound like you too concerned about it to me. BTW, 15 minutes aint out of the norm for any tech company, count yourself lucky. Kepp pluggin away youll get teh refund. _________________ My only words of wisdom to all are these:

| Yeah and Bush should be in prison rather than the White House. Unfortunately someone forget that reality may not always be "right" but it's still reality. |

well it would have been easier for someone just to go to the local Dell shop. Wait a sec, they don't have on. You could talk face to face. Wait a sec, you can't.
see that is problem, Dell is a company that isn't local. But people love the prices but get crap on when they need help. |

Dell is always hit or miss - never expect consistently good service because it all depends on the rep that you speak to. |

so I am sitting on hold with Dell right now...it has been a 3 hour phone call so far as they keep transferring me to different departments and technicians. I am searching online for a place that I can write a letter to Dell or even a place where I can publicize how miserably I have been treated by this company.
Most recently, I was sent a refurbished computer after over a year of having to get assorted different parts b/c my original computer was a "lemon" - the refurbished computer however has a problem with getting so hot that it has melted the table it sits on. I have been sent a new fan twice, but it doesn't help...most recently the motherboard was replaced, and the "next-day" technician that took 8 days to come out (glad I paid for that service) pushed the external wireless card into the port too hard and that now does not work...Dell refuses to fix anything saying that I am now out of my service contract by 1 day! Maybe if it didn't take 8 days for someone to come out!!!
How do I complain about Dell? Any what new computers do you recommend? (I am taking the legal bar exam in 3 weeks and have to use a computer with wireless - which means I will no longer be a Dell customer!) |

Call Customer Care and see what they can do for you. Ask for a Supervisor again and again till you get one.

I'm sorry to say t but the truth is that you actualy have to put the reps to give you an answer and you also have to put shit if you want a sup... but you will get one... the problem of cust getn transfered 5 times is not a problem of dells it is actualy the cust fauld cause he / she dailed the incorrect buttons so dot blame that on the sales reps please the problem of waiting actualy depends on the time of the day you call in cause there is always a lot of calls at "X" time and 2hrs latter theres no calls so there's a lot of thing to think aboutwhen you call dell like any other company _________________ dell sales E&A |

Unfortunately Dell uses the IVR menu to de escalate customers.
So no matter if there is no queue, the customer will be 30 or more minutes on HOLD just to see if he/she gets tired and hungs up. _________________ I see DELL people!!

I remember that on a sunday morning (no queue at all), I couldn't transfer the customer over Customer Intentions because he wanted to cancel an IP order.
So, I warm transfer (I was calling with the customer on the other side of the line) to Customer Care Argentina in order to ask to be transferred to CI. As there was no queue, I thought it would only take the time that lasts choosing the options in the IVR menu (5-10 minutes, not more). I waited 25 minutes. Call Handler was counting.
Dell uses the IVR menu to make people get tired and hung up. _________________ I see DELL people!!
