I got a Dell E5105 Dual Core today, with McAfee installed. This version is so bad, it would not let me romove it! I even disagreed to all the licenses and it said, to quit all processes before removal!!
Also, Search Assistant and WildTangent are on this thing.
I'm going to return this thing as a defective product!! |

Well done, that's the best thing you could do.
After that, go to a local pc store and make them build one that can match your needs. _________________ I see DELL people!!

That's funny, I knew it wouldn't be long before someone wise enough would step forward and denounce the practice of shipping well known spyware companies' software on systems.
Wonder how long it'll be before some American launches a class action suit against them for shipping spyware on systems that they turn around and charge a fee for removal of...
Hmm. |

I think you need to take some "IQ" pills techytech. Read a little closer and you'll see what the board was talking about. My Way Search Assistant & Wild Tangent are notorious (and infamous) for being spyware. They didn't HAVE to surf anywhere to get it...it came shipped ALREADY ON THE SYSTEM.
This...was the whole premise we were discussing. If you can't understand the dialogue, please don't make a fool of yourself by adding your misplaced commentary. This is the 2nd post where you appear to be defending spyware and pretending that you are all knowing about the subject.
Don't hurt yourself. |

Of course, you COULD do what I did with my Inspiron 2200 and perform a full reload with an actual Windows XP cd (not with the recovery discs or the recovery partition) and install the drivers myself.
Ever since i did that, my inspiron has been running like a champ! _________________ Money is the root of all evil.
