UPDATE--- After about 10 phone calls and endless hours in hell... I finally received the replacement to my lost Axim on the 13th when I was supposed to get it on the 7th at the latest! Thank God I am finally out of THAT hell, but I am kind of worried that I may someday have to place a service call.... Thanks for everybodys advcie and support. I STILL will never buy Dell again after this, the crap they put me through was bullshit!
