Dell UK makes extensive use of 0870 numbers, which entail a hefty per-minute charge (versus the zero cost of the call if it were a geographical number, at least in my case). Using www.saynoto0870.com, I was able to get alternative numbers for Dell 0870 numbers as below:

I couldn't find this info anywhere else on this site, so hopefully it will be useful to any UK customers who don't like holding on for hours at a time, paying 8p/min!

For the Ireland numbers (+353), use 18185 or similar service, in which case calls cost 1p/min (plus 4 or 5p fixed cost).
