-Ways to improve Dell
1. Offer quility products that work
2. Focus on engineereing and producing quility engineering goods
3. Pick decent vendors for products, Foxcon, Mitec, and those ppl just suck go for decent brands for vendors
4. Actually think about product and test them thoroughly before launching them to market
5. Support open source projects and test open source software, at least mainstream products and ensure that they work
6. Offer support for open source developers and contribute to the project
7. Offer good customer support with better support options
9. Put the customer first
10. Commit to offering QUALITY GOODS at low costs.
11. People can tell the difference between cheep and good low cost solutions...
I don't see any of this in the new Dell 2.0 so I guess they have to wait untill Dell 3.0 to see this kind of stuff.
